We take pride in our high customer satisfaction rate, with over 95% of our clients returning for additional support. However, if any issues arise, we encourage you to review our refund policy. Please note that full refunds are only available in specific situations, as detailed below.
No Writer Assigned Yet – While rare, if no writer has been assigned to your order, you are entitled to a 100% refund. You will be notified promptly if such a situation occurs.
Writer Confirmed, Less Than Half of the Deadline Passed – If you choose to cancel your order at this stage, a refund ranging from 100% to 75% will be provided to cover the efforts of the writer and the company.
Writer Confirmed, More Than Half of the Deadline Passed – If you cancel after more than half the deadline has passed, the refund will range from 75% to 0%, depending on the progress of the work.
If a delay occurs due to a writer’s illness or an emergency, you have the right to request a refund only if you have not downloaded the work. If the document has been downloaded, it is considered used, and no refund will be issued.
If the delay is due to the customer providing required materials late, no refund will be granted. To avoid delays, please submit all relevant materials at the time of placing the order.
Draft Submission – The first version of your order is a draft, subject to further revision based on your feedback. We encourage customers to provide detailed feedback to refine the work as needed.
Disputed Claims – If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, we will review and make necessary corrections. Depending on your service plan, you may request corrections within 10/7/2 days (14+/3-14/<2 Day Delivery plans). If you are still unsatisfied, you may request a refund by submitting relevant documentary proof within 7 days of receiving the work. The refund approval will depend on our investigation and the evidence provided.
Plagiarism Claims – If you suspect plagiarism, you must provide a third-party verifiable plagiarism report within 72 hours of receiving the work. If the claim is verified, a full refund will be issued.
Accidental Duplicate Order – If you mistakenly place the same order twice, notify us within 24 hours of payment. If verified, you will receive a 100% refund for the duplicate order.
Accidental Duplicate Transaction – If an extra or duplicate payment is made for the same order, a 100% refund will be issued upon request.
Lower-than-Expected Grades – We do not guarantee specific grades. Our papers are provided as draft samples or reference materials and should not be submitted as final work.
Deadline Changes – If you modify the deadline after placing the order, the refund conditions related to delays and price adjustments do not apply.
Editing, Proofreading, and Formatting Orders – These services involve refining content written by you and do not constitute full writing services. Refunds are not available if the original content contained contextual errors or if expectations of significant material changes were not met.
Failure to Follow Refund Guidelines – If you do not submit refund claims or complaints within the stipulated timeframes and in accordance with the process outlined below, your request may not be considered.
Due to the subjective nature of academic work, differences in opinion regarding quality may arise. To ensure fair processing, customers must adhere to the following:
Allow a minimum of 7 working days for evaluation and decision on the refund request.
Submit all claims, complaints, or refund requests through your customer account on our website, along with supporting documentary proof.
Once a refund decision is made, allow 7 working days for processing.
